What information does Availabird need in order to work?
In order to generate schedules, Availabird needs to know your clients' weekly availabilities, along with your own availability. By 'availability', we mean all the times throughough the week when a person is available – for a meeting, music lesson, etc. For example, a client might be available on Mondays from 3-5pm, Tuesdays from 4-6pm, and Fridays from 10-11:30am.
When generating a schedule, will Availabird always find a solution that accommodates all clients if one exists?
Yes – given enough time, Availabird will always find a solution if one exists.
Availabird didn't find a schedule that works for all my clients. What should I do?
When no solution is found, Availabird will let you know which clients it wasn't able to fit into the schedule, and can sometimes also provide the reason(s) why these clients couldn't be accommodated. This can help you determine what changes you might need to make. For more information, see Section 2.2 in the User Guide.
When using iCloud, does data sync between iOS and macOS devices?
Yes. Data will sync between the iOS and macOS apps, provided the devices running both apps are signed into the same iCloud account. (Note: iCloud sync requires iOS/iPadOS 13 or higher, or macOS 10.15 Catalina or higher.)
